We at Antioch Fellowship Baptist Church welcome you. We would like to extend an invitation for you and your family to join us at any of our services. We seek to assist Christians to grow and share the life-changing Gospel of Christ while glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ our "Savior and [our] God." (John 20.28 NASB)
Why Antioch? Antioch Fellowship Baptist Church (ACTS 11:25-26). “Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to seek Saul. And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.” (1 Peter 4:16, Christians; "Followers of Christ”, or, "Of the Party of Christ”) Antioch-located some 200 miles N. of Sidon. Antioch was a major pagan metropolis, the third largest in the Roman Empire, behind Rome and Alexandria.(ACTS 11:19).
Purpose Statement
The purpose of Antioch Fellowship Baptist Church is to reach people for Jesus, by evangelizing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Leading them to worship God by exalting the Savior in word, song, and deed. Developing people to spiritual maturity through studying God’s Word. Equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover their gifts and talents, in order to magnify God’s name.

Vision Statement
Antioch Fellowship Baptist Church is to be a place where the hurting, confused and the frustrated can find love, acceptance, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement.
A vision of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with thousands of residents in Spring Hill, and surrounding areas.
A vision of developing people to spiritual maturity through bible studies, small groups, training opportunities and retreats. Equipping every member for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God has given them.
A vision of teaching and doing missions on a regular basis. Supporting local and foreign missionaries through out the country and empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world. It is a vision of starting at least one new church every 10 years.
A vision of at least 10 acres of land to build a church for the glory of God and the community. This building will include a worship center, classrooms for Bible studies, training for lay ministries and a recreation center. This building will be designed to minister to the total person – spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially.
As God orders our steps, we believe and have confidence that our dreams will become a reality. |
